Automatic Spinestatistic pipeline
Lordose/Cyposis

  • Lordose Cervial [Center Atlass(C1) - Lower Endplate C7] 40° [35°-45°]
  • Define an alternative to C1 for MRI
  • Cyposis Torax [Upper Endplate T4 - Lower Endplate T12] 37°[30-50]
  • Lordose Lumbar [Upper Endplate L1 - Upper Endplate S1] 43 [50-60]
  • Use an alternative as long as we do not have S1 Endplate
    Scolioses by Cobb
  • Upper angle from upper Endplate
  • Lower angle from lower Endplate
    Scolioses by Ferguson
  • angle of (start - inversion) and (inversion - End); points are the center of the vertebra.
