弹出浏览器操作过于突然 #325

描述

我认为现在改版的反馈和新功能投票打开浏览器的操作过于突然，有的时候只是手滑误触就打开了浏览器让人有点烦躁
所以我觉得打开这些功能时最好做个弹窗提示，比如此操作需要打开浏览器，是否要继续进行之类的

原因

（示例）
这项优化让我可以更方便地xxxx。
如果没有这项优化，我每次都必须xxxx，让操作变得很麻烦。
