Describe the bug

Null reference exception in checking ExtractionConfiguration after adding a column and then deleting the CatalogueItem

To Reproduce

  • Add a dataset to an extraction
  • delete a CatalogueItem
  • Run checks

Expected behavior
Should propose fix. Column no longer exists, remove from extraction?
