Show Extraction PK and Extraction identifier icons in edit extraction

When looking at a cloned catalogue extraction, I cannot find the extraction PK and extraction identifier of the extraction in its current state.

Display the Extraction PK and Extraction identifier icons on the catalogue items under the "Selected columns".
