Сейчас метод GetProperty возвращает string и DynamicFilter соответственно тоже работает только со строками. Нужно иметь возможность не терять информацию о типе поля, чтобы в дальнейшем можно было применять более специфичные чем сравнение на равенство операции в DynamicFilter
