Any chance it could be added back? In my particular case, I need sshpass for development and I know what I'm doing.

Also I'm curious how it is Brew's business to decide what a user should or shouldn't install? Should rsync be removed too since a "novice user" could potentially wipe out their drive with the --delete option?

You can install sshpass without Homebrew.
