Skip unpacking (Or change import errors to warnings) for items in "Asset Import Settings" set to "Skip" #67

For example, if I want to import "Sky" from UYA Museum, I don't need occlusion, which fails on import.

e.g. 'Failed to unpack occlusion: -532462766.' (perhaps there is no occlusion on this map).

In another example, this would also speed up import time for a map with lots of Ties, of which one doesn't need.
