现在每次开机hosts文件就自动备份成了hosts_backup，而我现在不想更新hosts了，怎么清除tool.exe工具运行后这样的影响呀？！能否解释一下tool.exe命令行工具到底在系统中做了什么？有没有注册什么服务之类的。
