- Hides Styx dashboard when origins file is translated to the routing objects.
- Exposes Styx service provider admin interface endpoints.
- Move PluginAdminInterfaceSpec from Scala to Kotlin suite.
- Add new ProviderAdminInterface spec to Kotlin functional test suite.
Allow plugins to be injected into StyxServerProvider.
Add ProviderInterfaceSpec.kt.
