Improve Hubs Home Page Landing Design

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current Hubs home page offers the 'Create Room' call to action (CTA) and a spot to enter a code but little else in way of information about what the platform can be used for. Users may be entering a room independently without knowing exactly what 'Create Room' is doing and intentional co-presence from first time users is likely rare.

Describe the solution you'd like
We could improve several elements of the hubs.mozilla.com site to provide more information to users about the project and point them to resources that would make them more successful in using and navigating the platform. More detail about the following components could be helpful to have in place:

• A longer description about what Hubs is
• Use cases for Hubs
• FAQ section
• More robust documentation / resources about the platform
• A dedicated page for self-hosting information
• A dedicated page about the Hubs community

Additional context
We should consider how any home page changes would translate to the self-hosted option. One example of something that is likely to be included at some point in the coming months would be the ability for a Hubs instance to showcase specific rooms as specified by an administrator, though this wouldn't be a feature flipped on for hubs.mozilla.com.

Would it be useful to get some design ideas from @thenadj's team? They have time in the next week to start pulling together these materials and doing mockups.

@larsbergstrom we have designs from when marketing team did a re-work last year. One of our community members also did mockups and user flows. I would recommend starting there if they want to weigh in, but we have more designs than we've been able to implement so far.

Thanks for letting me know. Had a good meeting today with Nadja, Blair, and some Hubs devs. The plan is to have them do some quick mockups/concepts for some spaces— iterating on simpler forms to help figure out composition/spatial relationships. Then we’ll refine from there.

I'm available to help with any React related issues and I'd like to help make custom landing pages possible. Including the method we have discussed with adding a new ita target.

Some of these issues have been addressed with the recent redesign of the landing page in #4479

Many of the proposed solutions are still relevant but closing for now in favor of re-examining the current design for the next iteration.
