Description
I used the inspect/focus (magnifying glass icon - I can't remember which term we landed on for this - it's the one where I get a mini-version of the screen in front of you) on my iPhone. The feature worked as expected, but I was not able to close the window. This was quite distracting, as it took up almost half of my screen. Potentially the same issue as #2523

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. On an iPhone, enter a room where someone is sharing a screen
  2. Double tap the screen to open the object menu
  3. Tap the magnifying glass
  4. Observe that the screen in front of you appears below
  5. Hit the 'X' button to close it
  6. Observe that the duplicate window does not close

Expected behavior
I am able to close the inspected/focused clone of the window.

Hardware

  • Device: iPhone 11 Pro
  • OS: iOS 13.6
  • Browser: Safari

I can reproduce the problem on my iPhoneX iOS 15 Safari and Samsung S8+ Android Chrome while I can't on MacOS BigSur 11.6 Safari. So it seems mobile specific issue rather than iOS specific issue.

I wish #4397 could resolve but it doesn't seem it did.
