[Mobile] The drawings menu is difficult to trigger

• Safari 14

[Affected Platforms]:

• Iphone SE 14.4
• Google Pixel 4a

[Prerequisites]:

• Have a room opened on "https://hubs.mozilla.com/" website.
• Have a line drew into the room.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Tap on the screen using two fingers to display the object menu.
2. Tap on the line to display the menu.
3. Observe the behavior.

[Expected results]:

• The menu can easily be triggered.

[Actual results]:

• The menu is hardly triggered and not all buttons are visible.

[Notes]:

• It's also hard to notice if the "double tap" functionality is triggered in the first place, since the menu is only displayed after tapping on the line.

Sounds like there is a chance that #4397 can resolve the problem? Do you mind if testing again to check if the problem is still reproducible?

@takahirox I am still able to reproduce this issue on Iphone SE2 (iOS 15) with Safari and on Google Pixel 4a using Chrome 92.
