  1. Label identifier (possibly correct epiRomics-class type?) for RNA Seq tracks for separate y-max correction.

  2. Function for eRNA detection through RNA Seq detection in >0 tracks intersecting enhancer calls.

Y-max correction closed.

Proposed solution for eRNA detection: Incorporating bigwig tracks in epiRomics_dB build as GRange/IRange, and cross-referencing to database for signal at annotated non-coding regions of genome. Later, these can be checked for overlap with putative enhancer calls, or, can be used as a basis for calls as opposed to histone marks.
