Move from the deprecated inputBundle API #161

The add input bundle endpoint has been deprecated (see https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/dcp-5ac7bcf9465cb172b77760d9/issues/humancellatlas/ingest-central/462)

Please instead use the APIs in steps 7 and 8 described here: https://github.com/HumanCellAtlas/ingest-core/blob/master/docs/ingest-api-walkthrough.md#7-link-input-files-to-the-analysis-process

Also feel free to ask me or the ingest team for any assistance moving over to the new APIs
