Incorrect usage of paucal grammatical number for pl for time units

...in polish, you say 'one minute - jedna minuta', 'five minutes - pięć minut', but 'two minutes - dwie minuty'. Humanizer supports it.

But this feature should also be used in numbers ending with 2, 3 and 4. For example '22 minutes' is translated to '22 minut' but should be translated to '22 minuty' .
