The aim of this enhancement is to make things more clear and allow the user to determine all the units from the very beginning. In this way it would be more convenient to specify the value of "Annual Production per Unit Capacity" and "Technology Efficiency" parameters, after the parameter files are generated.

The units and emission table is added to the global set file (the built-in case studies must be modified accordingly)
