(I'm adding issues written down in my notes, but I'm not 100% sure if this is already resolved or not.)

Tags should not be editable, since starbelly 2.0 assumes that job metadata is immutable. And later on, there will be an API to synchronize by tag, and that won't work if tags can be modified.
