Subscribe by tag

In 1.0.0, you can subscribe to a crawl job and sync all of its items, but there is no easy to way to subscribe to a bunch of jobs. I.e. if you have a scheduled job, you have to listen for all new jobs and subscribe to each one individually. It would be nice to have other APIs for subscription:

• Subscribe to a scheduled job
• Subscribe to a tag
