We should come up with criteria for failing a crawl:

  1. Fails to login
  2. Fails to complete captcha
  3. Error rate > X% over the last Y documents. (Where X and Y are part of policy?)

When a crawl fails, the reason for failure should be stored and displayed in the client. Optionally, it would be nice to send e-mail or slack message for failure.
