m0rehud Steam cloud files

I noticed that m0rehud places a .cfg file in the Steam cloud which contains keybinds. I'm a little confused to what the point of this is, considering that the hud needs all of its files to work properly and therefore this file wouldn't do anything if the game were uninstalled and reinstalled on a device, nor if the game were downloaded on a new device. It seems like this file could also cause keybind conflicts with the config.cfg file. I attached what the file looks lile in the cloud here.
