In light of the recent issues accessing DfID data, for example file dfid-ef shows as:
dfid-ef
Url Error · (Mar 04, 2016) URL unobtainable: Server returned HTTP 403
...and the raw dataset file itself shows:

However this is not showing as a data quality issue on the relevant Dashboard publisher page:
Indeed, from the stats code, neither invalidxml.json nor validation.json show any issue that can be interpreted by Dashboard code.
