unable to search lb by clustername in instance webpage

as it's some relationship between clustername and lb when submitting ocp, the ideal is we can search clustername to get lb server in instance webpage, we discussed and found there are more changes in frontend, we will change it when we migrate to new architecture.

when searching in instance webpage, it's getting the result,but it will be overwritten very quickly, the reson is we setup a job to refresh the webpage in timely,as more changes in frontend, we will change it in new architecture
