Update RAG and Intro examples to use release 0.2.2.dev2 (after the pypi release)

As soon as PyPi release 0.2.2.dev2 becomes available, RAG and intro examples should be updated to use that version. Also, the intro example should be renamed (per group discussion).

@sujee I tested the ray version of intro example using the latest 0.2.2.dev2 release. In the local Jupyter lab environment, the test was successful, but I had to pip install humanfriendly for the cell that uses it. I cannot explain why we didn't have to do this when we were using the same notebook with release 0.2.1.
@touma-I has also tested the RAG example locally with 0.2.2.dev2 and it worked.

When I ran the intro example on Google Colab, I ran into the familiar Ray worker error, during the execution of doc_id.
