Link to QC materials: pepfar.net --> Prevention --> working folder --> OVC --> Pending QC

Checks to do:

  • within dashboard consistency: do relevant data points match tab to tab

  • dashboard to Panorama/DATIM: where data points are presented in Panorama, check there. or if they are not in panorama, then use DATIM to cross-check with the dashboard

  • each table and graph needs to be checked

  • pick 3 countries and check a data point from each table and graph for each country

  • use the hidden pivot tables to check data when visuals are pulled in and calculations

Hi Katya, when do you need the data checked by? Also, if you could swing by and just let me verify a few things that would be great.

@jleehurst - QC will be done most likely on May 20th, perhaps earlier as tools are due May 24th and there needs to be enough time to troubleshoot any discrepancies. The QC template and protocol may change slightly for FY19Q2.
