I found this list of new features for NGAS: https://confluence.icrar.uwa.edu.au/display/NUG/NGAS+New+Feature+Discussions+and+Requirements. Is this the most recent discussion? If no, is there a roadmap that includes moving to python 3?

Hi Sharon,

The page you indicate is sadly not up to date with the latest developments, I will try to find some time soon to update it.

Regarding the python 3 support, this is something that we have indeed discussed as people are interested actually in this (python 2.7's end of life is 2020). Supporting both 2.7 and 3.X is also something we could achieve. There is no clear timeline for this, but definitely under our radar.

As an update, initial python 3 support has been added a couple of months ago, and will be ready for 10.1
