@N-thony I am really happy that many of the important aspects seem to be running pretty smoothly now - so we can consider items such as this!

Here is the start-up screen:

Do we need all those commands to be shown in the output window, especially the last one. I have no problem with needing to run the code, nor with those commands in the log file. I don't see what I'm supposed to make of them in the output window?

@rdstern, the last was changed as shown below. I agree with your suggestion above except I think it will be good instead we keep # Setting display options (e.g Number of significant digits) at least to inform the user the default R options.

@N-thony I agree completely. We have opted to show commands, and the initial information is useful. Those above all look fine to me.
