Alert count of a country changes when the user navigates to the Admin list of a country #103

Steps to replicate

Go to Map view
Click on any country
Go to Admins1 tab
Click on an admin
Go back to the country list

Expected behavior

The alert count remains the same as it was displayed initially

Actual Behavior

The count of Admin is displayed instead of all alerts in that specific country
When navigated again to Admin tab, the count for all admin becomes null
