Infura API does not include user-agent in Access-Control-Allow-Headers

This issue is related to https://github.com/octokit/rest.js/issues/817

currently all preflight requests to infura endpoint v1/v2/v3 from firefox fails due to that.

unfortunately we have to hide infura https node from MEW v5 due to this

let us know once this is fixed

Seems like this is still a problem, we have hit this using Firefox w. web3 & ethers
