Delays and Latency & Paid Plan

Hello,
I have been testing out INFURA and I notice its extremely slow, ie. I am receiving new data via wss:// with 10-20 seconds of delay. Which is outrageous for real time apps like ours. So I have a couple questions:

• By upgrade to paid plan, those response times/latency will come down?
• Where are the geo location of INFURA servers (country)? So we can put software in a serve closer to INFURA servers.
• Will INFURA integrate MATIC network soon?
