Here are ideas of additional videos that are not tied into a particular topic of the mooc but would help provide with side information that is not necessarily meant to be evaluated in the quiz.
I think we could sprinkle those videos into various modules of the mooc as "Interlude" videos to take a break from the main machine learning oriented topics of the mooc.

Why not, I guess I am not sure where to put the interludes so that they do not turn into a distraction from the main topic, maybe the end of a lesson (lesson == sequence but it is a bit less jargonish)?
Also it may well be that there already exists some good references for this kind of topics. For example, on reading Python tracebacks I found Real Python do a reasonably good job (video and written article). This is not exactly what we want because it is not in a Jupyter notebook though, so some details are slightly different ...
