Overview of the Feature Request

This is Part 1 of #94

This initial version of the files table is intended solely for data display purposes, without checkboxes, filters, or actions on the table items. Its main function is to present the data.

What inspired the request?

What existing behavior do you want changed?

None

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse?

Display the dataset files in the File tab of the Dataset page
