Add Button to Publish a Collection to the Collection Page. This will show a popup to confirm the collection:

When the Publish succeeds, a success alert message will appear:

This issue is dependent on integration code that will be implemented in #425, so added a waiting tag.

#425 is waiting for an another API change, so I will move the integration logic to this feature.
