Overview of the Feature Request

Analyze and extend, if necessary, the current API and data access logic to support the dataset file tab of the Dataset page.

This issue will potentially be split into spike issues depending on whether it is necessary to extend the API (dataverse core repository) and/or the js-dataverse module (dataverse-client-javascript repository).
