Clean up Saved Searches that were created from Linked Dataverses #96

Once upon a time, we created a saved search when you created a linked dataverse. But later we changed the indexing code to index all children of a dataverse so that saved search effectively became redundant.

in IQSS/dataverse#7398 we removed this code that created the saved searches, so here are cleaning up the database by remiving the saved searches and links datasets related to those saved searches.
