We have been receiving a number of tickets regarding the ingestion process for large and complex files. Upload takes long and users receive "warnings" that the formal ingestion process did not succeed. It might help to add some "heads-up" messaging throughout the uploading/ingestion procedure so the expectations are managed more proactively.
This would be in addition to #2199.

Related to/duplicate of: Tabular File Ingest: No message indicating page will refresh on its own, or if user needs to manually refresh #1798; and: File Upload: For slow uploading files, add note to files tab not to move away from page or it will halt upload. #3279
