As an instrument scientist, I want to be able to monitor the TPG300 (ISIS Vacuum System), so that I can view its current status.

'''Acceptance Criteria'''

  1. I can view the PVs which show current status of the TPG300.
  2. I can view current status of the TPG300 in the instrument GUI.

'''Notes'''

  1. The Vacuum System is controlled by a PLC, but we don't need to connect to it
  2. There are two aspects to this story:
  3. Create an IOC to serve up the PVs
  4. Create a CSS GUI to display the PVs in the instrument GUI
    1. There is an existing VI, which we can use as a basis for the GUI
