On review of #5544, it appeared that a lot of logs were produced when the IOC was disconnected from a CAEN crate. This ticket is to review how much logs are produced and, if unreasonable, work out a reasonable way to reduce that logging.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Amount of logs produced on disconnect are reviewed
  • Logs are reduced if necessary
  • Confirm that disconnected crate will reconnect correctly
