出现错误，请检查密钥和网络：FetchError: (403 )，状态码：403
尝试换key,换函数代理，账户仍有余额

chatGPT官方封禁了云服务厂商的IP地址段。不仅腾讯云，一些小的云服务厂商也访问不了了
