Title update speed changes as more players join the game

I noticed a problem in the plugin that I reported a long time ago but I didn't know the exact cause why it was happening.
The animated title that you can put changes according to the number of players on the server regardless of the speed you have set.
That is to say, if there are 2 players it goes to x2 speed, if there are 5 players it goes to x5 speed, etc.

You can check it yourself, here is my title that only changes the letters at x1 speed and if you add more players you will see how it progresses depending on the number of players that there are.
