If using "Make my account public" to share the profile with others all settings are shared read only too. The "Visitor" account can browse to Settings, Integreations and press the Eye button to reveal the webhook url.
Maybe consider hiding the Settings all together from Visitor account. There could be other sensitive data in there in the future too.
