Linear Progress doesn't change direction when in RTL

Description

When you set the page orientation to Right To Left, the linear progress isn't starting from the right.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Linear Progress Sample
2. Set the orientation to RTL
3. Set a value for the progress and observe

Result

Expected result

The progress has to start from right to left when in RTL mode, like in WebComponents
