Description
The combo closes if I click inside it and hold/drag and release the click outside it.
Reproduction
- Open https://igniteui.github.io/igniteui-webcomponents/?path=/story/combo--default
- Click and hold inside the combo
- Drag and release the mouse outside it

Is this a regression?
No or unsure. This never worker, or I haven't tried before.
