Hey @GouravSardana, I think python-poetry can be used to manage the dependencies and packaging of the project (https://python-poetry.org).
GNU make is good for build, setup, test and lint the project with makefile (https://www.gnu.org/software/make/manual/make.html).

Take a look and I will create the relevant issues.
