all other version are supported... except delphi 2010 aka V140 is not.

Add support for pre xe clean...

Note: Currently, cleanup scripts are provided for only XE3 and later. Scripts for older versions may come at a later time.

I don't have older IDEs to create groups files and scripts for. People are certainly open to contribute anything that is missing.
