Summary

Shortcut for toggle private state of current tab feature changed from Ctrl+Alt+V to Ctrl+Alt+T (toggle + tab).
We can set extensions.privateTab.key.toggleTabPrivate = control alt VK_V in about:config page to restore old hotkey.
Or we can use alternative hotkeys handling, see Ctrl+Alt+* hotkeys doesn't work on non-English keyboard layouts #19 (comment).
