my pc shows "unknown device"，how can i fix it

Hello, the minimum supported firmware version for the D455 camera model is 5.13.0.50. Installing a firmware older than 5.13.0.50 causes the camera to become inaccessible, unfortunately, and a fix to correct the firmware cannot be made by the user.

I will discuss your case with my Intel RealSense colleagues. For their information, may I ask which country you are located in please?
