Can't use Chunky Turtle

I dont know if it is a Bug or Intended. If you Place your Chunky Turtle from your Inventory it becomes a Advanced Turtle from the CC Tweaked Mod. I encountered this, while playing the Modpack "MineColonies: Dimensional Adventure". I changed a few Setting in the Config of AP, but none of them are working as far as I experienced it.

Steps to reproduce

I crafted the normal and Advanced Chunky Turtle. In my Inventory its the the Chunky Turtle or Advanced Chunky Turtle and as soon i place it in the world it becomes a Advanced Turtle from the CC Tweaked Mod.
