The template tag markdown2 is no longer being used within the project. (Verified by running a regular expression over the whole project( \{\{.+markdown2.+\}\}), only yielding the documentation).

Hence this file can be removed. Since it is also the only user of the markdown2 package, this package can be removed from the requirements.txt file.
