Loading photo album slow when not signed in #908

When just randomly visiting the site and going to this page: https://www.inter-actief.utwente.nl/activities/photos/
it loads very slowly. Signing in fixes this. When reloading or loading in another browser it also loads quickly, so my guess is something cache related.
