Smart resolution for "Multiple Alexia accounts"

Currently if someone has multiple Alexia accounts (student and employee), the site will error out when synchronising cards via Claudia and not sync anything.

We could do some smart detection to detect the right account to sync to, I.e. the account that already has registered cards, or the one with the lowest ID (oldest), instead of just refusing to sync.
